Begin the custom order process by first contacting Anna at email@example.com with a description of the design you have in mind as well as a price range you want to work within. Images, if applicable, are helpful in this stage, whether a hand-drawn sketch or an image from this site.
After details of the project are finalized, a deposit of at least 50% is due up front and is not refundable once creation on your piece has begun. Upon the piece's completion, photographs of the finished creation will be sent to you and the remaining 50% balance is due. Once payment is recieved your custom creation will be sent on its way to the address provided.
If you would like to reserve an item, contact Anna at firstname.lastname@example.org. The item can be reserved up to three (3) months. At least 25% is due up front and remaing payment amounts may vary by the needs of the individual and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
All Noria jewelry is made to withstand normal, low impact wear. However it is recommended that jewelry be treated with care. Prevent unwanted tarnish by enclosing the jewelry in a plastic zip lock bag. Store your Noria Jewelry pieces in their packing box or some other hard container. Do not use immersion chemical cleaners as these damage the nacre of freshwater pearls and would remove intentional patina on some items. A soft polishing cloth used only occassionally is recommended.
All Noria Jewelry is sent in an elegant, glossy black box and tied with a purple organza ribbon. The boxes are sent in padded envelopes via USPS First Class mail and include tracking information. Be aware insured packages usually require a signature upon delivery. International orders are sent via US First Class International and US International Priority Mail.Shipping upgrades are available upon request.
Noria Jewelry is 100% handcrafted and guaranteed to be without defect. Product photos are clear and accurate representations of each piece. All descriptions are written to provide full disclosure of materials and sizing information. If you have a question regarding a piece, please email Anna at email@example.com.
If for some reason you want to send your purchase back you can do so within three (3) days from the date of receiving the parcel. First notify Anna at firstname.lastname@example.org about the reason for your return. Jewelry must be in "new" condition and unworn, returned in original box and the receipt or invoice must be enclosed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. ALL conditions must be met to receive a full refund.
COD returns not accepted. Refund is always done on the bank account/credit card used for original purchase.
If you damage your jewelry, please contact Anna at email@example.com. Attach pictures, if possible, documenting the damage. Repairs are almost always possible. The repairing fee depends on the extent of damage and is always fixed after a thorough examination of the damaged piece.
